We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (§ 36 VSBG).
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025; the previously required link is intentionally omitted.
